Antenatal Breastfeeding education
$150 (Travel fees may apply)
Just like childbirth education is designed to prepare you for labour and birth, there is a significant benefit to educating yourself about breastfeeding before your baby is born. A key to a positive breastfeeding experience is having a supportive team around you and being equipped with up to date breastfeeding information. This 1.5 hour session is designed to provide you and your partner with the knowledge and skills to set you on a path to success with your feeding journey before your baby arrives. This package can be provided in the comfort of your home or online via Zoom and is tailored to your goals and needs. This session can be provided anytime during pregnancy, however may be most beneficial between 32-36 weeks. This package is perfect for both first time parents or those having their subsequent babies who may want a refresher.
Initial Breastfeeding consultation
$225 (Travel fees may apply)
Let’s be honest - breastfeeding can be really hard and may not be as straightforward as you may have hoped. It is important to remember that breastfeeding is a learned skill for both mother and baby and sometimes you may need some extra guidance to help support you both along the way. This 1.5-2 hour package is designed to support your breastfeeding journey and assist you by creating a tailored made plan for you and your baby. This session is provided in the comfort of your home and includes 1 week of follow up via text message/phone call support.
follow up breastfeeding consultation
$100 (Travel fees may apply)
Some women may benefit from additional face-to-face breastfeeding support and would like some reassurance that they are on the right track. This 30-60 minute session is only available for women who have already had a comprehensive breastfeeding package and is provided in the comfort of your home or via Zoom. Follow up breastfeeding support consultations can only be booked within 8 weeks of a comprehensive breastfeeding package.
